(ii) Eight years experience as an Assistant University Librarian/ College Librarian. (iii) Evidence of innovative library services including integration of ICT in library. (iv) A Ph.D. Degree in library science / Information science/ Documentation Science/ Archives and manuscript keeping/computerization of library
