Pay Scale:	The selected candidate will be offered an appointment on a Tenure Contract for a fixed term of three years, which may be extended for a further period as required. Based on the experience and qualifications, the selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level 05 under the pay matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission. Besides the salary as per the 7th CPC, the Institute offers other benefits that are at par with the permanent employees
Age Limit:	Maximum 30 years as of the last date of Application. Institutes provide age relaxation as per GOI rules. An additional 5 years age relaxation is given to the women candidates
Educational Qualification:	A master’s degree in library & information science (MLISc) (60% or above) with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
