Educational Qualification:	Essential: i. First Class master’s degree in library science/information science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree. ii. At least 3 years of professional experience in a Library in CFTI/State/Autonomous or statuary organization/PSU/ University or recognized research or educational Institution. iii. Working knowledge of Library Management Software(s). Desirable: i. PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking/ PG Diploma Computer Applications in Library or equivalent ii. Knowledge of the ILMS and the understanding of evolving Information and Communication Technologies relevant to libraries.
