Online Application Forms are invited for the following posts sanctioned under State fund/ICAR (75%:25%) by the Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur in the University as under:-

Educational Qualification:	Essential: 1- A Master's degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of the computerization of the library. 2- Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR/ASRB in the concerned or relevant subject or similar test accredited by the UGC/CSIR/ ASRB etc. For the candidates having a Master's degree, NET shall remain compulsory along with one publication in NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Sciences, New Delhi) rated refereed journals for recruitment to the post of Assistant Librarian and equivalent in the disciplines in which NET is conducted. Essentiality of NET can be waived off for the candidates holding Ph.D. degrees provided it has been done with course work as prescribed by the UGC Regulations 2009, and the candidate has at least two full-length publications having a NAAS rating not less than 4, on the last date of submission of application. Those candidates with Ph.D. degrees without coursework will not be exempted from NET qualifying. Desirable:  Ph.D. degree in Library/Information Science NET essentiality for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor and equivalent in the disciplines in which NET is conducted, for the candidates registered for Ph.D. prior to July 11, 2009, shall be exempted subject to the conditions that: a) Ph.D. degree of the candidate awarded in regular mode only b) Evaluation of the Ph.D. thesis by at least two external examiners c) Open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidates had been conducted. d) Candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one must be in referred Journal e) Candidate has made at least two presentations in conferences/seminars, based on his/her Ph.D. work (a) To (e) be certified by the Vice-Chancellor/Pro-Vice-Chancellor/Dean (Academic Affairs)/Dean (University Instructions)

The online Application Form and Scorecard will be available on the university website www.raubikaner.org w.e.f. 18th September. 2023. The last date for submission of the Online Application Form & Score Card is 18th October 2023 (12.00 midnight).

It is essential to send a hard copy (print copy) of the online filled application form, score card & uploaded documents, etc. for the purpose of screening of application. It should be reached to the Registrar, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner by 2nd November 2023 otherwise their candidature will not be considered.
