Educational Qualification:	Essential:  Master’s degree in Library & Information Science from a recognized University / Institute with two years experience in the relevant field in a university /research establishment/Central/State Govt./ PSU and other autonomous body libraries.  OR  i. Bachelor's degree in Library/ Library & Information Sciences from a recognized University /Institute;  ii. Three years experience in the relevant field in a university/research establishment /Central /State Govt./ PSU and other autonomous body’s libraries;  iii. Knowledge of Computer applications. Desirable:  PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent
