Educational Qualification:	Essential: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade with a consistently good academic record and 8 years of experience as Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian and Evidence of innovative library service and organization of published work and professional commitment. Desirable: • Have knowledge and experience in adopting, adapting, and promoting digital library technologies in delivering library services to support teaching, research, and learning activities. • Proven experience in leading a team and working as a collaborator with Institute stakeholders. • Knowledge and experience in handling an entire range of e-resources. • Knowledge of scholarly communication activities and services to be provided by the library to support. • Good communication skills. • Knowledge of library space planning
