At least ten years as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library or ten years of teaching as Associate Professor in a Library Science in a University department or 15 years experience as a College Librarian. c. Evidence of innovative library service including integration of ICT in Library. d. Ph.D Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation /Archives and Manuscript keeping.
