The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) Library is looking for young, dynamic, tech-savvy, highly motivated, and committed FRESH Post-Graduates in Library & Information Science from recognized Indian universities with the consistently good academic record, to serve as Library Professional Trainees purely on a temporary basis for one year. Persons having good communication and interpersonal skills with enthusiasm and passion to learn new skills and deliver services using emerging new tools and technology will be preferred.

Pay Scale:	Consolidated stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Age Limit:	Not exceeding 26 years as 19th June, 2023 (the last date for submitting an application). Relaxation for SC, ST and PD category candidates (up to Age Limit-31 years) and OBC category (up to Age Limit-29 years) will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules. Age may be relaxed in the case of an exceptionally good candidate.
Educational Qualification:	Masters in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.) or equivalent with First class.
