Educational Qualification:	Essential Qualification: Masters in Library & Information Science (MLISc) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute with a first-class and consistently good academic record. Desirable: Knowledge of Computers, IT & digital applications in Libraries. Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
