Applications are invited for the post of college librarian(UGC) against one permanent vacancy. Qualifications as per Govt/UGC/Kerala University norms.

Instructions to candidates applying for Appointment:

1. The application should be complete in all respects, defective applications will be rejected.

2. Duly filled in application, along with copies of all the required documents and Demand Draft of Rs. 2000/- in favor of Principal, Bishop Moore College Mavelikara, payable at CSB Kallumala, as application fee, must reach the College office during working hours either by hand or post on or before the 30th day from the date of this notification.

3. Fresh application should be submitted for candidates who have applied earlier (Application fee need not be paid again if proof of application fee paid earlier is enclosed with this application)

4. Self-attested copies of all certificates and the first page of publications should be attached to the application

5. Original certificates should never accompany the application

6. A self-addressed stamped (Rs 32/-) envelope should be enclosed with the application

7. A recent photograph must be pasted in the space allotted in the form

8. If a member of CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese, a recent testimonial from a parish priest should be attached.

9. Two testimonials should be submitted along with the application.

10. All original certificates should be produced at the time of the Interview.
