Applications are invited in the prescribed Performa for filling up Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ posts on a Deputation Basis at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bathinda. Details of Vacant Posts at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bathinda are tabulated as: -

Total Posts:	01 post
Pay Scale:	Level-7 as per 7th CPC (Rs.44900-142400)
Educational Qualification:	Essential Officers of the Central/State/U.T. Governments, or officers of the Central Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings a) i) holding analogous posts on regular basis;  or ii) posts in the scale of Rs.1640-2900 (Level06) with 3 years of regular service in the grade; and b) possessing the following qualifications:  (1) M.Sc./M.A/ M.Com Degree; and (2) Bachelor's Degree in Library Science; and (3) Experience in the acquisition of books, periodicals, and documentation work in a Medical or another library of standing.  Note: Librarian Gr.II who is in line for promotion shall not be eligible for being taken on deputation

The Officers/Officials who fulfill the specified eligibility conditions may submit their application in the prescribed proforma at Annexure-I through proper channels along with attested copies of all relevant certificates to be sent to “The Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandi Dabwali Road, Bathinda-Punjab - 151001” superscribing the envelope “Application for the post of ………………………….…... AIIMS Bathinda” by Speed Post/Registered Post only. Application received through any other medium will not be accepted and if a delay is expected in getting the endorsement of the employer concerned on the original application, the applicants may submit an advance copy of the application along with all enclosures directly.
