Scale of Pay:	A. For candidates having Essential Qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline – Pay Band 3, Pay Band Scale Rs7,100/- - 37,600/-, Pay in the Band Rs 8,370/-, Grade Pay: Rs3,900/-, Basic Pay at entry point Rs 12,270/- of ROPA 09 (Level 10 of ROPA 19) & B. For candidates having Essential Qualification of Master’s Degree in any Discipline – Pay Band 3, Pay Band Scale Rs7,100/- - 37,600/-, Pay in the Band Rs 8,650/-, Grade Pay: Rs4,100/-, Basic Pay at entry point Rs 12,750/- of ROPA 09 (Level 11 of ROPA 19) Total minimum emoluments: A. Rs 32,100/-+DA +HRA+MA & B. Rs 33,400/- + DA +HRA+MA Other allowances admissible as per Govt. Rules.
Educational Qualifications:	Essential: A) ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: i) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Library Science from any Recognized University OR ii) Master’s Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Library Science from any Recognized University B) MARKS CALCULATION : B.1. BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ANY DISCIPLINE FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY: i) Candidates are requested to upload all years’ Mark Sheets including supplementary mark-sheets of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline in the space provided for the same. ii) Marks obtained in the BACHELOR’S DEGREE should be filled in the space for “Marks Obtained”(all years) and grand total of full marks in respect of all total corresponding subjects/papers should be filled in the space for “Full Marks”(all years). OR B.2. MASTER’S DEGREE IN ANY DISCIPLINE FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY: i) Candidates are requested to upload all years’ Mark Sheets including supplementary mark-sheets of Master’s degree in any discipline in the space provided for the same. ii) Marks obtained in the MASTER’S DEGREE should be filled in the space for “Marks Obtained”(all years) and grand total of full marks in respect of all total corresponding subjects/papers should be filled in the space for “Full Marks”(all years). C) DIPLOMA IN LIBRARY SCIENCE FROM ANY RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY: i) All candidates must possess Diploma in Library Science from any recognized university; ii) All Candidates are requested to upload all Mark Sheets including supplementary mark-sheets of Diploma in Library Science from any recognized University in the space provided for the same. iii) Marks obtained in Diploma in Library Science from any recognized University should be filled in the space for “Marks Obtained” and grand total of full marks in respect of all total corresponding subjects/papers should be filled in the space for “Full Marks”. iv) DIPLOMA IN LIBRARY SCIENCE FROM ANY RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY is mandatory.
