Applications are invited for a regular post of Assistant Librarian (Unreserved) at OKDISCD in the Central Government Pay Scale of (9300-34800 plus GP 4200). Applications along with a detailed CV and necessary testimonials must reach the undersigned on or before 07.03.2022. Candidates in service must apply through the proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews for which no TA/DA shall be paid.

Educational Qualification:

i. A Master's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University/Deemed University with a minimum of 55% marks.

ii. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Library under Central /State Government / Autonomous or Statutory organization /University or Recognized Research or Educational Institution including working experience of SOUL or similar Library Software.

iii. The candidate must not be more than 35 years of age.
