Online applications are invited on the prescribed application form to fill up the following post(s) of Librarian, Deputy Librarian, and Assistant Librarian. Duly completed application form with the required self-attested documents must be submitted online on or before 14.11.2021 and the hard copy of the online submitted application form with all relevant documents/certificates/testimonials must reach the office of the Registrar, M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly-243006(UP) on or before 20.112021.

 Education Qualifications:

As per University Act/Statute in accordance with the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education 2018 (herein after referred to as UGC Regulations, 2018) published in the Gazette of India, and guidelines/directives of the governor's secretariat vide order no. E-3019/32-G.S./2020 dated 18.05.2021 E-4229/G.S. dated 02.07.2021 and E-5862/G.S. dated 03.09.2021. Further these are subject to any future rules/regulations/norms/directives, including amendments in the present regulations, stipulated by the MHRD/UGC/State government/University Act/Statutes and any other Competent Authority applicable to such recruitments which may change from time to time.

1. Application form, other details and qualifications etc. as per university act and statutes are available on university website www.minru.ac.in These are as per UGC/AICTE/NCTE/PCI norms (as applicable). The online application filling process will close on 14.11.2021

2. Every applicant will have to submit an online fee of Rs. 1500/- for Unreserved/OBC/ EWS/FF and Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

3. The applicant should download the complete application form (Part-1&11) keep it for their record and send hard copy with all relevant documents to the Registrar, M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

4. (i) The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post(s) without giving any reason.

(ii) not to fill up any of the advertised positions.

(iii) increase/decrease/withdraw the number of posts.

5. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate to be called for an interview.

6. Reservation shall be applicable as per U.P.State Government norms/rules. Other states candidates would be treated as unreserved category candidates.

7. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease or withdraw any advertised post(s) without assigning any reason.

8. The actual number of posts may vary from those mentioned above and shall be final at the time of interview.
