Institute (HRI) invites applications from the eligible citizens of India for the following Academic and Non-Academic posts to be filled by Direct Recruitment on regular basis. The details of the posts are given below:-

Essential Qualification: 

Bachelor Degree in Library Science/ Information Science with minimum 45% marks along with Graduation with 45% marks from a recognized university. 

Desirable: 

(i) Knowledge of Library Automation Activities. 

(ii) Multitasking Skill: Knowledge of operating office machines /office automation tools including MS Word.

Job Description: 

To perform all Library related work. He / She has to perform any additional work assigned by Librarian/Registrar/Director. 

Application Fee Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) should be prepared through any Bank‟s Demand Draft in favor of “Harish-Chandra Research Institute, Prayagraj”. Applicant should write his/her Name & Post applied for on the backside of the Demand Draft. The Fee(s) paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee(s) be held in reserve for any other application or examination, or selection. Any application form without a demand draft will not be considered. Application fees of Rs. 500/- can be transferred online in the institute‟s bank account detailed as under. Bank transfer details should be mentioned in the application form and bank transfer detail receipt should be signed by the applicant and attach with the application form. No application fee is payable for S.C./S.T. candidates. 

HOW TO APPLY:- 

1) Applicant should fill up his/her name, date of birth, qualifications, experience, etc. in the format given at Annex-„1‟. One recent color passport size self-attested photograph should be affixed on the place is given in the application form. 

2) Self-attested copies of the certificates in support of Educational Qualifications, Age, Experience and Category (in case of SC/ST/OBC) should be attached along with the application form otherwise the application may be rejected. 

3)  Application fee of Rs.500/- (SC/ST applicants need not deposit this) through the draft as given above (must attach the original draft with the application) or online by giving details on the application must be submitted with the application form. A copy of the online transfer-proof duly signed by the applicant must be attached with the application form. 

4) The envelope containing the application should be superscripted as “Application for the post of _________ ” and Employment Notice No._________”. 

5) The application form is complete in all respect along with the self-attested copies of relevant certificates in support of educational qualifications, age, and experiences, etc. must reach in a sealed envelope to the address given below on or before 5.00 PM on 22.10.2021. The application form will be valid only in original with the ink signature of the candidate and the application submitted by fax, email, etc. will be invalid and not acceptable. If there is any delay in submission of application due to a postal, courier, etc., the Institute will not be responsible for such delay and the applicant will be solely responsible for this.
