Pay Scale/Salary: 

Rs. 750/- per credit hours i.e. Rs. 3,000/-(Approx) per month.

Educational Qualification:

1. Master's degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation. 

2. Should have qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) from ICAR, CSIR-UGC, or similar test accredited by UGC/State in the concerned discipline.

OR

1. A retired official from the post of Assistant Librarian or equivalent from a recognized.

2. University having at least five years of teaching experience in the above-given course.

How To Apply:- 

i. Now fresh applications on plain paper along with complete bio-data and self-attested copies of all relevant certificates, are invited for the position of teacher to be hired on contract hours basis (purely on a temporary basis) for teaching the below given Library course for the 1st &2nd Semester of the academic year 2020-21:

ii. The candidate must be a citizen of India.

iii. The candidate must fulfill the prescribed qualifications on the last date of receipt of the application 

iv. The applications complete in all respect should reach the office of the "Librarian, CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur, District Kangra HP. 176062" on or before 02.02.2021 by 5.00PM.

v. The application received after the due date shall not be entertained 

vi. The University reserves the right to terminate the services of the incumbent at any time without assigning any reasons. The continuity in the services shall be based upon the performance of the hired person.
