Educational Qualifications:

Essential:

1. Master's degree in library science.

2. Must have attended at least 2 In-service courses of not less than 2 weeks duration.

3. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Desirable:

1. Experience in the conduct of an In-Service course for the librarian as Resource person/Associate director.

2. Good Communication Skills.

3. Experience in Writing Reports/Publications/Training Module/Research/Surveys.

4. Doctorate degree in Library Science/Other Subject.

5. Trained in the Training of Trainers in the programs conducted at National/International Level.
