Age: Not more than 40 years

Essential Qualification: Batchelor Deegree in library science or its equivalent examination from recognised Institution/University.

And 

One year Diploma in Computer Application or PGDCA from any recognised institution or University.

Desirable:

1. Working Knowledge of Computer. 

2. Knowledge of Hindi reading/writing/Speaking.
